Eric Fausnacht's  acrylic and oil paintings explore the realms of texture, color and strength in the portraiture of domestic fowl. His paintings of rabbits and chickens show a photo realistic style brought together with an ornate baroque background to illuminate the regal portraiture of the subject matter. His work is in private collections throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, and Asia and has sold in art auctions for several charitable institutions.

Special Exhibit:  Sunday, April 8th  - April 14th
Chimayo Gallery will be participating in "Create a Culture of Kindness and Justice" Week, co-ordinated by The Upper Bucks Upstander Group, an all-volunteer group of citizens who have come together to speak up for kindness, justice, safety, and inclusivity in our community and to support the targets of hate crimes and bias-motivated harassment.  A number of artists have aesthetically engaged in this effort by creating work that reflects this focus in some way.  The work will be shown at Chimayo during the Campaign Kick-off Week, April 8th-14th, with an opening reception on April 8th, from 2:00-4:00pm.
Chimayo is so excited to be part of this amazing endeavor!  Artists include:
